Testimonies
The Word of God works! When members have a need in their life, they can feel free to share that need in the form of a prayer request. At Word of Faith when we receive prayer requests, we pray and God is faithful to answer our prayers. Here are some of those praise reports.
God's Direction
"I needed direction concerning what I should do for college. There were many things that God needed to make clear for me: where to go, how I was going to pay for it, and where I was going to work. "For some reason my mail was not getting delivered to me. Even though it was properly addressed, it was frequently returned to the sender. I decided to stand on Psalm 84:11 and Isaiah 54:17. Our mail has been getting to us without incident, ever since." -F.H. San Francisco, CA
Peaceful Sunday

Protection
"My tire came apart while driving home from work. I pulled over to the side and noticed a large truck behind me pulling over also. When I exited the car I saw it was a tow truck, the driver said to drive to the next exit and pull over and he would change my tire for free...it was the highway patrol! The tire didn't pop, it came apart like a cookie, it was the grace of God that I wasn't hurt and it was the favor of God that the tow truck was behind me." -D.J.M. Fremont, CA
Hunger for God
"This praise report is concerning my prayer request about more hunger for the things of God. I was going through a dry phase where it seemed like a struggle to get into the Word. I began to talk to God about my passion for languages and really wanted Him to use this to be passionate about Him. Then I got what I believe was a God idea. He encouraged me to study His names and the different meanings of His names in different scriptures. So I went to bed that night and started it the next morning. Oh, it was great. Another thing that He's working with the languages is now before I go to bed I read scriptures in Spanish which I am also enjoying. I am interested in learning about God again. I praise God that we serve a High Priest who is able to sympathize with our weaknesses and that His answer to my dilemma, was to meet me where I was at and made seeking His Word interesting to me on my level.
